Laiz plays superbly the music of Albeniz, invariably charming, melodious, and pianistic”

Bruno Repp. American Record Guide

The delight of the disc is the playing Miguel Ángel Láiz (…) He moulds the disc, with such feeling that they take on an innocent charm, phrasing shaded with delicacy and subtle changes of hues, achieving an excellent sound quality.

David Denton. David’s Review Corner

“Laiz's sound is warm and detailed, […] he solves always in a sensitive and imaginative way with an excellent graduation of climaxes, a careful sound and reaching a higher level in the Spanish Rhapsody in which it unfolds with mystery at the beginning, singing the malagueña well, elegant and solemn in the petenera, to shine controlledly in the jota

RITMO Magazine

The astonishing fullness of this true artist was more than evidenced, leading to very hearty cheers and applause. A revelation! "

Jeunesse Musicale Gazette
